Ok so here goes. Over the course of July I was traveling a lot and I didn’t do well with my weight loss. I was up and down 3-5 lbs and ended the month with 4 lbs lost overall in July. For my last appt I got .4 added. Now I guess I’m in the red zone. I get quite a few things stuck and have to be very careful. I have also started back working out consistently, k. However I have lost 8.8lbs over the last week. Sooooo. Do I enjoy catching up my weight loss? Or get some fluid removed? Idk??
